Not exactly. I just think if KSM follows in Zacharias Mousaoui's shoes and represents himself, he's basically earned himself an express ticket to lethal injection, regardless of the venue. Then the only recourse left would be for some lawyer (probably from the ACLU) to declare him insane and unable to represent himself. I don't think this fellow speaks any english at all.
