21st Century military, thinking, weapons.... against a 17th Century peoples, mindset, Tribal society... As a general statement that's just outright false. 21st century weapons work very well against relatively primitive tribal societies. (If they didn't your call for concentrating on black ops and esp. Predator Drones would be rather silly) But the point is here were trying to build not just destroy. That's a lot harder. But still those 21st century weapons, and military, and a good chunk of the 21st century thinking are still useful.
