<<<What policies would you implement to accomplish this.>>> I am not a policy wonk. I wouldn't know how to get into the weeds but there are people who are good at that kinds of stuff. Bill and Hillary Clinton are policy wonks but I think there is a whole new generation of younger and brighter policy wonks out there. That is however the basic tenor of the Obama Administration. He is getting the best talent he could possibly get to go into government service. This is as opposed to GWB who selected people based on religious and other irrelevent or even negative factors. All of it makes a big difference.
