I don't really care about .1% or 2.2%. The only relevant point is a comparison of emissions to the 1990 base year. I just found that when I was trying to verify your claim that the US has come much closer to kyoto protocols than any of the supposedly superior nations. I was surprised that anyone would have made the claim and tried to find the basis for it.

Anyhow, believe whatever you want to. I'm through with this.
