They may in fact settle down to internecine struggles after we are out (I have been predicting that for several years), but it will have nothing to do with us --- only the LOCALS can settle their local disagreements. It has ALWAYS been true.

(Like I pointed out: George Bush approved it and committed the United States to following this withdrawal timeline that the newly "sovereign" Iraqi government DEMANDED. Remember when Bush had a big ceremony and officially "turned over sovereignty" to the Iraqis? This is what sovereignty means.)

Following the international treaty previously AGREED TO by *both* the Iraqi government and the government of the United States of America? Yeah... what a wild man that makes President Obama out to be! Imagine: obeying the law! :-)
