If somebody wants human fat, they can buy all they want legitimately in the fat capitals of the USA and increasingly New Zealand where liposuction extracts hundreds of tons of adipose tissue from obese people.

If fat people were be paid $5000 per kilogram to have their fat removed, the market would be flooded in fat. People would take to eating with enthusiasm, putting on as much fat as they could.

They'd be finding diets which added fat quickly instead of losing it.
