You could set up a board for every brokerage firm there is based on your same complaints about Schwab. Some people got through but most didn't.

Too many people look at these big corporations as an eneity of itself whereas I look at them as a accumalation of individuals. Every company is made up of people like you and me trying to make ends meet by doing the best job they can and turning a profit. I believe on the most part these individuals in the brokerage business busted their butts trying to serve as many customers as possible. These same corporations are also owned by people like us ( not a shareholder - use to be) as shareholders.

John you forget that you are dealing with a discount broker. If you want better access go to a full service broker. Depending on how big your account is there will dictate how fast you broker will take your call.

You asked about my angle in this. I can't stand lawyers ( I used to want to be one until I got close enough to see how rotten the profession has become) that try to redistibute wealth through lawsuit scams. (by the way I liked your twist about no arbitration because no trade I been made - sure you aren't a lawyer trying to roll some folks for thier bucks)

Personally I think that it is people like you that make us all pay more for goods and services, by these corporations having to pass on their higher costs to the consumer.

Also I wish that you all would move your accounts from Schwab and E-trade because your tying up the lines with your whining.
