The company has said it has enough cash to continue operations until the first quarter of 98. I am still under the impression though that CTYS may have a hard time raising additional funds afterwards. The last two times CTYS has needed to raise funds, it issued $100M ($50M + $50M) of floorless convertible debt (I doubt that is an option now if the stock price stays in current range)!

Also keep in mind that while CTYS has NOT been accused of cooking the books (other than maybe in the filed lawsuits), I still think we all have to expect the unexpected when it comes to this company's ability to lay out all the facts.

The time to watch CTYS for a possible quick buck (if the opportunity arises) will be the day after earnings. If earnings are positive, the stock price could rise very quickly the next morning. I would NOT recommend though buying any stock in it beforehand.
