Rick,
I have no interest in getting into a discussion with you over this proxy thing since you own no stock. I will, however, explain to you and others my reason for "leaning" in favor of something being done concerning this whole issue before it comes to a vote. Although our voice on this thread is loud and clear in opposition to all the proposals, I'm afraid that the number of shares here is so insignificant compared to the number of shares owned by management that we (the people on this thread who own stock) have already been outvoted 10 to 1. My fear is that a great number of stockholders will "round file" the proxy and not even read it, or worse than that, think that management probably knows what's best and vote in favor along management lines. Then what happens. We get the Dannys for three years at a time armed with 300M shares (more with reverse split when you figure the math ala Dr. Moze.) Maybe I misread Gary's proposal, but I see it as a way of getting some of these issues off the proxy, including most, if not all, of the reverse split requests. BTW, I still intend to vote against ANY reverse split proposal that is left. The idea that this stock would still be below a dollar in the spring defeats my logic for remaining invested. The fact is, if this stock is still below a dollar two weeks from now, I'm gone, and that is something that you can set your watch by. |
