I don't blame you for not wanting to delve deeper into this subject, as you have distorted out-of-context remarks to falsely caricature the appointees you mentioned, whereas the actual shortcomings of dozens of GWB appointees are extreme and well-documented.

Of the many contrasts between the GWB and the Obama administrations, the competent, mostly non-ideological appointees of the Obama administration stand out in sharp relief.
