I think Obama should go to Europe and make a speech.

He should go there and say, "England and Spain have already been attacked along with the United States and ALL Western Nations will continue to be in jeopardy if we don't work together to END this threat."

Then he should say, "WE aren't as rich a nation as we once were and if your nations aren't willing to take on a bigger share of the responsibility then we will have to lessen ours. We will continue to be a part of NATO and we will continue to to provide capital and manpower on a pro rata basis but we will NOT continue to do it ALL."
