He isn't lying; he's correct. There is no COLA, medicare premiums go up every year, so he's correct.

The fact that Democrats may decide to vote seniors some extra money, added to the deficit, just to keep them from rising up right here before the socialized medicine legislation passes, different subject.

But he's technically correct. As to Snopes, if you need it, you probably aren't qualified to discuss the subject.
