wowsa, make your own bagels? I so miss fresh ones. Yes ma'm. I live in a BDA ("Bagel Deprived Area"). We used to have a good bagel bakery but it closed. Have a new artisan bakery in town, but they want $2.00 per bagel. Now, isn't that outrageous? That's why I started baking my own.
