he's bought and paid for. whether he is smart or stupid depends on what you value. if you value lying to the people to get elected with the intent to rob them blind while playing stupid, then he's quite smart. Is n't that is the basic qualification needed to be a leading candidate of the DemoRepublic party to be president? Or for that matter to become a powerful (as propped up by the slimy corporate media) politician. It will take a lot of public suffering before they realize, and even if they realize, whether they will have enough freedom left to do any change is a different question to be determined...
