Read the 14th amendment....... And brag about America beautiful democracy. And I repeat to you, the only reason you are taking the position you are is because it's what Obama has endorsed....otherwise you would be leading the lynch mob down Broadway to hang KSM in front of the WTC.... Does the 14th Amendment provide protections to persons who are not citizens of the United States? As to the lynch mob, let's remember that it is Obama and Holder who have both stated that these terrorists will NEVER be released regardless of the outcome of the [sham] trial.
