Used to Saudi oil cheap and easy to take, Chevrons of this world were not used to work hard for their oil. Cherry picking here and there as Elroy said.

Used to dig deep and work hard for oil PBR took the risk and drilled beyond salt layer. Caught everyone by surprise.

Now I'm thinking here: Is it technology that we lack or is it cujones of steel to go find and take the oil out? I vote for cujones of steel.
