Robert,

Did the legal stuff come via FedEx? Yesterday I received a note from FedEx that they have something for me, and of course I have to wait until Monday before they return.

I have never heard of options being included in a lawsuit. Are you sure about this? I wouldn't have thought that would be possible, as the company is not responsible for the existence of those, and never derives any benefit from the issuance of them. That would be good news for me, though, since I also bought some calls which are sure to be worthless.

Do we know what day earnings (losses?) will be released to us few people who obviously weren't in the loop for leaked insider information? I hope you are right about the possibility of a bounce, especially if it's good for a few points. I'm concerned that "management" might have concluded that since the stock can't suffer much more, they'll load up this past quarter with every conceivable loss, revise their previous accounting rules to assume early redemptions, etc.

- Chas.
