Seeing how I am now "playing the odds" on DNE { Dune Energy } and since my entry of 11/16 12:42ext and I also am down, it sure has been nice to see Credit Suisse First Boston reporting in with not quite 3mm shares as a new addition. Now, reported (TSO) = 174,684,632 Puts CSFB @ 2,925,000 = only 1.67% but as you have "witnessed" with the "new kid on the block" of UBS AG (recently HAVING to report) in at 133,138,843 (latest SEC filing) which is 76.2% of TSO... Back on 10/20 area...when they tossed a report out it was a measly UBS AG 58,890,228 25.6 %
