The R's might have lost something long term because the whole party ends up looking as stupid and classless as the base. Someone is classless. You think that Republicans are classless and stupid. You call yourself a conservative. The things you post do not compute. Is it classless to watch eight years of 24 x 7 character assassination of our President? Is it stupid to recognize the Manmade Global Warmongering fraud? Is it classless to bite one's tongue while the lunatic fringe of the democrat party attacks moderation and democrats cheer and clap? Is it stupid to ask spendthrift Republicans in Congress to stop spending like democrats? Someone is classless, but it is not Republicans. Most Republicans waited far longer to criticize Obama's policies than democrats took to classlessly attack President Bush personally. I understand you want to be the appeaser, but try to be balanced in your coverage.
