Stan,

My feeling is similiar. As it stands now, we're gonna get steamrolled by the bigger shareholders no matter how many of us little guys vote no on everything.

As for Gary's proposal, I am not a sophisticated enough investor to understand some of the deeper financial topics he presents (and some of the financial topics in the proxy). But it seems to offer something which may lessen the degree to which we get screwed.

But before something is decided, the shareholders on this thread,
who really know the ins & outs of investments and may be interested in joining Gary, should really analyze the thing, pick it apart, review the pros/cons and present modifications if necessary. If its then decided the proposal is in everyone's best interests, it at least offers an option to do something which may have an impact on the outcome.

I'm in favor of anything that offers a way to poke the dolts in Bohemia in the eye and make them for once at least think about the phrase "shareholder value".
