Actually, as of 9/30/09 it has been $940 Billion. Of that, about $100 Billion was Obama's, so "Bush spent" about $840 Billion, not a trillion.

Obama will spend $140 Billion in the coming year. Which I'm sure you'll want to dump on Bush, too.

As Tim pointed out earlier today, just think of it as stimulus. Most of it was spent in this country anyway.

As you know, what we spend stimulus on doesn't make a damned bit of difference, as long as we blow the money somehow. So, spending it on a war is as good as the next thing.
