Not only that.

Wherever you come down about Bush and deficit spending, what we KNOW, indisputably and with certainty, is that OBama is spending one hell of a lot more. 2x, 3x, whatever. It is a LOT more.

So, it is laughable that MM would even MENTION Bush if he honestly believes deficit spending is a bad thing.

The reality is that he believes deficit spending is bad when Rs do it and it a Great! when Ds do it.
