Am I not correct that the reason Greenland is called Greenland is that it was once much warmer and there was no glacier. As I understand it this medievil warming period was a time of great progress for mankind, It was warm throughout europe and grapes were grown in Britain. Humans prospered.

Presumbably all of this occured at a time when carbon emmissions were much lower.

What are we to make of this, especially in light of the hacked computer information that was revealed this week.
