Sure there are many reasons, but tax and regulatory burdens are a major issue.

Also if you have other problems, then there is more need to limit the tax and regulatory burden not less.

After all, the regulatory burden in NY state can be no worse than the burden in WA state, OR, Utah or CO which are all very enivironmentally conscious but also are doing well economically.

Sure it can, and it is. "Regulatory burden" includes a lot more then environmental regs.

Z is back so he might weigh in with his views if he sees this post......he used to live in upstate NY.

If Z see's this and wants to add something that's fine with me.
