Trig, the bond market is seeing deflation coming up and so do i. iow, if the government did nothing going forward, there would be serious price pressure downward, imho. i think this starts in Q1 as the xmas sales suck and the banks rip the faces off those they are trying to coax into the carry trade right now (while they sell off into it ahead of Q1's slaughter). once they get stocks down low, they will buy back in and massive stimulus and money printing will continue. of course, the banks will get their 2nd bailout so they can have Q1 bonuses. that's my theme, anyway.
