Japan close below key 9425, extreme bearish... Seeing B Band constriction squeezes now on many weekly charts; will monitor this as they usually occur ahead of trend changes. These still have a few more weeks to develop so perhaps more chop in this market ahead of the move. Watch the Ten Year Yield close below 32.48 increases chance of big downside move starting... Not a lot of time; just a few thoughts. You catch the great article on China over at Zerohedge; I agree with it. In cycles of deflation there will be bigtime protectionism and it will heat up big in 2010. Great read. W
