The entire thing is a complete waste of money we don't have... the solution is so simple... allow people to shop across State lines, this would open the competition... as a result, it would lower costs and increase coverage... competition works... You don't throw the baby out with the dirty water... if some people are not covered, then give them the money to buy insurance AFTER State lines are opened... Not a single penny of tax money would be spent... GZ
