I agree to some extent. But we have to keep in mind the things that did not happen, like the collapse of the financial system. Would unemployment be at 20%? What if government had not insured money market accounts? How many of us would be crying now. There were two choices: the Hoover path or the FDR path. We knew years ago on these boards which path they would follow.
