"I think the govt was far worse before than it is now. Now that the consequences hit, it's getting noticed. W. was about to rob whatever is left of SS funds at the hight of the housing bubble and give it to WS. Imagine what that would do. The govt is much better now than it was before, but chit hit da fan and there is no quick fix." your ethics have u too caught up with republicans vs democrats, and defend dems at all cost...net is they have both been way off track for decades, because the people like it that way, ie, they like to vote themselves other peoples property....US was founded on property rights (tea party was tax protest, as violation of property rights)..and to avoid our increasingly statist govt we need to go back to these first principles... rp
