Rob,* I have tried to "stir" people long before this situation arose. I have had little luck, in that most prefer to follow the "advice" or "tips" of those who appeared at opportune times. Those opportune times have not seemed to work out well for shareholders. Now with the timing of an INGRID this guy surfaces, just happens to be in Philadelphia, just before the company decides to have its meeting there, and spouts the company line and now solicits you to let him have your proxy. I am suggesting that you all first speak with your own private/family lawyer. He can advise you generally and will probably tell you that you need a securities litigation specialist. He can make suggestions of several that he might know of. That is all that I am doing. No I am not not suggesting that you picket you need PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. NO I am not compensated by these guys and I am not "pushing" anyone. I am merely presenting some firms/attorneys that you can reach on the internet and by e-mail with some questions and concerns that you need advice. Most of these people will at least offer some answers or consultation free or low cost that I believe will confirm what I have told you. Maybe not but what have you got to lose? I will suggest that what has been suggested here may well lead to a situation where you all may find yourselves out in the cold vis-a-vis any remedy if you are led down the primrose path into an agreement that mirrors what the company wants. If this guy leads you into an "agreement" you may find yourselves estopped to participate in any action for recovery of, or redress of your legal rights. I am quite sure that if you print out all of this guys posts and show them to your personal lawyer that 90% of them will agree that this man does not comport himself in a professional manner. That is a primary consideration in picking any lawyer. *Again, this is just my personal opinion, now bolstered by a recent diagnosis of my condition as well as yet a new pronouncement of MY IDENTITY and BIAS. Very like the identy crisis presented by AUNTIE FAITH AND INGRID isn't it???
