I believe the rules of evidence are very different. But the important thing is that KSM and his fellows had pled guilty in a military court. Obama ended that court proceeding and now they're going to plead not guilty in a civlian trial.

Liberals can't explain why that is a good thing.

Nor can they explain why:

1) a President promising the country they'll be found guilty and executed in advance of trial

2) Holder's promise that he'll hold them indefinately even if their charges get dismissed,

is a good thing and restores the worlds faith in our legal system.

Obama and Holder have blundered big time.
