Uh huh. But he has also stated that SSI recipients will be getting a smaller check. Not "some" or even "many". Just recipients in general. In light of that, how does he know his parents are some of the few affected by the change? Has he presented any reason to believe he isn't just parroting Rush like he usually does?

The answer is "no".
