Yet you and yours want to jettison it for trivial reasons. It isn't "me and mine". It is Eric Holder. Except he has been totally and inexplicably ARBITRARY in choosing which of these enemy combatants are deserving of the additional rights afforded by a criminal trial versus the military tribunal. If these few terrorists are to be the beneficiaries of these distinctly American protections, why are not ALL of the enemy combatants? My position isn't conflated and confused. The AG's is.
