Then, the rate stayed there until Kennedy lowered it to 71% in the early '60's? Comparing 9/11 to Pearl Harbor has a little validity, but comparing AQ, a small band of stateless terrorists, to Imperial Japan and Nazi Germany, with the entire resources of nations to oppose us, is totally and completely ridiculous.
