You didn't explain how come if everyone is so malleable into genius, the vast education camps turn out so few of them. No doubt they need more money from taxpayers... giggle... if they got more money they could do it.

That's nice that your friend was really good at killing seals as a result of getting his PhD despite having not much brainpower. There are some excellent guns available these days and killing dozens at a time should be doable. When he runs out of seals, he might like to take up golf which is a sustainable sport. You can whack golf balls as many times as you like, or as few [being better] and they keep coming back for more.
