Bobby - My thoughts on the latest news are that it seems that GDP (the company) is moving along nicely in accordance with their stated plans. I previously said on the other thread that this company has been sending me bulletins and 10Qs and 10Ks in the mail for at least two years. I never owned the stock until recently, but contacted them back sometime in 1994 or 1995 and was put on their mailing list.

I intend to call the company Monday AM to ask why there are so many shares outstanding, and if they have any plans to do a reverse split
or anything of that nature to get the stock price up.

Please understand that I'm no expert on this business, but from what I see in GDP's reports and news, they should do well in the future, provided there is not a collapse in oil and gas prices. Also, last night on PBS Nightly Business Report, Bob Gable (sp) said that oil field services companies had insider selling, but there was none in the exploration and production companies, (for what that's worth).
