"CJ, wanna answer the question, or are you going to continue dodging the way you always do?" If the confessions were the result of torture, then the procedure would be to throw them out. Maybe. Lack of Miranda rights being read is not an automatic dismissal. Now, answer mine. If you think we can't convict KSM because of procedural mistakes, do you think we should ignore the Constitution?
