We've had military tribunals for a long time. We've also got an international court system for war crimes.

It is my belief that trying KSM in a civilian court was a mistake. He was captured on the battlefield, so he should be treated like a war criminal, not a domestic criminal. Different rules apply, and to switch the rules in the middle only gives the defense many avenues for dismissal on technical grounds.

Hence all this nonsense over "ignoring the Constitution" doesn't apply, and your question is B.S.
