HQH and HQL:

I've been looking around for stocks as always and noticed that health-care stocks, on the whole, seem to be selling at a discount still for various reasons, not the least of which is the looming health care legislation.

Any thoughts on investing in the closed-end funds HQH or HQL selling at approximately 20% discounts each for a way to play the sector undervaluation? Or too much risk due to the legislation?

I'm considering one of them myself (they appear to be about the same, though HQH seems to have a higher discount right now, by a bit).

Thanks,

cw
