YOU ARE SO WRONG! YOUR VOTE IS IMPORTANT!! If George is up in arms about the situation then I believe its really the last time the shareholders will be able to do something. Our votes can make the difference. Gary Green knows this. The vast majority of people will NOT VOTE! Those are not Yes Votes! We may have only 25M in total votes. If Gaines votes NO we are still in the game. I have "FAITH" that some brokers with large positions will vote NO like last time! >>For purposes of determining whether proposals have received a majority vote, abstentions will not be included in the vote totals and, in instances where brokers are prohibited from exercising discretionary authority for beneficial owners who have not returned a proxy (so called "broker non-votes") those votes will not be included in the vote totals. Therefore, abstentions and broker non-votes will have no effect on the vote, but will be counted in the determination of a quorum. ALL TOGETHER NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
