your instincts are good Jorj. the jobs 'created' cost more than their salary. those are jobs created, they're jobs that were bought. paid for by the taxpayer. try working that one out in the old calculator.

jim the idiot crammer was on tv today chirping that "is costs money to create jobs". he's not only a clown but an idiot also. jon stewart took him apart on his show a while ago.

message to cramer.. with a very few minor exceptions and the government (a major exception), jobs don't cost money to create. they are created by business that needs new skills or else to expand. the business is rewarded with higher efficiency or production that more than makes up for the wages paid. if it didn't, the company obviously wouldn't hire. they're motivated by profit, not to do-good or some other pie-in-the-sky motivation. how you ever made money as a hedge fund manager is beyond me. it must be that once in a while even a blind squirrel finds a nut.
