I am not as good at chess because my left brain is too weak to play agains the best. I play poker with my right brain. Luckily the math in poker can be mastered by a normal left brain.

I think poker is the harder game to master, so if they are playing chess and we are playing poker we can beat them. Go is about the same as chess. A game of very complicated strategy, but finite.

Think about it, a computer can beat a chess player easier than a no limit poker player.

Chess is a finite game. The bluffing aspect of poker makes it infinite.

In science they have a term "knowledge directed perception". What that means is one cannot see what one does not understand ergo the imporance of education and the reason our ancestors took so long to find civilzation. The first had to find deductive and inductive logic.

The Greeks found the first, deductive logic, but were destroyed by Rome just as they were about to find the second and maybe more important inductive logic i.e. scientific proof.

Over the years I have tried to teach poker to some of the smartest guys on the planet and I am always surprised how hard they find it??
