HONG KONG, Nov. 25, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- City Telecom (H.K.) Ltd. ("City Telecom") (HKSE:1137) (Nasdaq:CTEL - News) announced that the company will be included as a constituent of the MSCI Hong Kong Small Cap Index ("Index"), effective 30 November 2009.
