What kinds of properties, and what does he do with them? Is he buying debt or equity? Fix and flip? Hold and rent? Package, sell to investors and get management contract? Get blanket mortgage with individual releases and sell when market improves? The possibilities are endless. The question is: what is the strategy? Where does the capital come from and how is the money made?
