Since I feel pretty safe with an essentially flat portfolio,(almost like being in all cash) I am thinking of using what cash I do have to buy more tech and cover that with SPY shorts.

I'm looking at chips like CY, semiequips like NVLS, KLA, also DATM, YHOO, box makers MUEI and GTW. I won't touch larger cap high fliers like CPQ, INTC, DELL etc. as I think they are still overvalued.

Any other Ideas?
