Bruce, Mainly "went to Vegas" on DNE (previous quarter volume) and then for the UBS reporting position. If it was a BB or OTC I never would have done it on a whim The volume (0.13) back on 9/4 and then a run up to 0.22 area. They've got a "special" shareholders meeting on 11/30 so my "pain or gain" is just a few more trading days he** :-) I'm in at 0.1087 and thought about averaging down...but again, with that percentage of ownership...and sure in the heck seems to me...I'm in 30% lower than the accumulation, just feel a little more safety built in. I just don't know.. UBS with 133MM shares HHmm.. man, that's one hell of a stake of the TSO 174.6mm And me?
