Sure Detroit, and MI in general have been horribly governed, but neither government operates with anything like the abuses, injustices, and incompetence of communist regimes.
Really? Prague didn't die.....not even close. Detroit is close to death primarily because of the capitalist enterprises it depended upon.......the Big Three.
If I were you, I wouldn't be so quick to point out the failures of communism when we have Detroit and New Orleans, and to a lesser extent Cleveland, Akron, Toledo, Dayton, Buffalo, Hartford, Bridgeport, Oakland, etc.
