I agree. Becomes pretty obvious to anyone with a good bit of experience in the market. I "never" buy on the ipo. So of course, within 1 hour of your post I find a new issue that I like. How do things like that always seem to happen? -g-

So far I'm okay/happy with Brazil & China. Poland? I don't know much about country or businesses. I've no central European issues that I can point too. Maybe PLND will work for me.

In now for just a few shares as an exploratory and tracking position.
