That's going too far. $80B went to renewable energy businesses in the form of tax incentives and loans and other things. Close to $300B was for general tax cuts and incentives for individuals and businesses. The reality is that Obama is more balanced in his views when it comes to protecting individuals versus doing things that help businesses. Coming right on the tail of Bush, who was all out for business especially the oil business, it must look like Obama is anti-business, only because he's more centrist, whereas Bush was very rightwing.
