I read that entire article and looked at all the charts. The author ends with this paragaph:

"The ore grade question really puts a wrench in simple modeling. The increasing amounts of lower and lower grades seems to mitigate certain aspects of the peak profile, not to mention the recyclable nature of gold."

My point exactly.

So if I am allowed my own opinion, I believe the author underestimates the amount of low grade ore. The author said he did not know much about gold. I have spent 30 years intensely studying the world's gold deposits.

I say at $10,000 an oz the world can produce more gold than it has every produced.

And remember in 1980 the price of gold was the same as the DOW.
